Offline Action games

Hack-and-slash and action games you can play offline.
Unlocking the shop is the classic mod here
In many offline action games the in-game shop never checks with a server, so a mod can hand you everything in every pack, even while your phone has no connection. Some of these mods also add a switch to skip the tutorial.
This genre will grow as more action games that can be modded make it into the store.
