You use VipMod

The fastest channel, and the only one where a person answers you directly: open VipMod → Support. It's a two-way conversation, and you read our replies right in the app. Bug reports are unlimited. When you send one through Report a bug, your VipMod version and the phone you're using are attached automatically, so all you need to say is:

• the game's name, and whether you installed it inside VipMod or directly on your phone;
• what you tapped and what you saw (crashes instantly, white screen, mod on but nothing changes…);
• what you've already tried — for example, opened the game twice, or turned off the Internet.

Before you write, the FAQ and Which phones can run VipMod already answer most questions.

You want a game that isn't in the store

That's in Support too: tap Request mod and name the game and what you'd like modded. Or order it yourself through DIY Mod — no waiting for the store to get to it.

You are a publisher or rights holder

If you want a game removed from the store or a mod feature turned off, we do it within 72 hours, with no runaround. Send your request through Support in the app, with:

• the game's name and the link to its page on this website;
• the basis of your rights (company name, the link to the official Google Play page, or documents);
• whether you want it removed entirely or only some mod features turned off.

Every takedown request is acted on before we look into the details; if it later turns out to have no basis, we'll talk it through with you before putting the game back up.

About accounts, plans and payment

Your account and VIP plan are managed in the app (Account → Manage plan). If you've paid and your plan isn't active yet, open that order in the app to check its status; if it still hasn't come through, message us through Support with your order ID.

What we don't do through contact channels

• We don't take mod orders through private messages — every request goes through the app, so there is a history and a fair queue.
• We don't sell plans or diamonds outside the app. Anyone offering "cheap VIP plans" somewhere else isn't us.
• We never ask for your password, not even to "help".
