DIY Mod: mod games yourself with AI

The VipMod store only has games we've already modded and played. For every other game on your phone, VipMod has a separate door: DIY Mod. You describe what you want, an AI assistant working with a real test device takes the job, finds a way into the game, tests it, then sends a MOD menu to your phone. No root, no computer, no technical knowledge needed.

How it works

  1. Choose the game — open VipMod → DIY Mod and pick straight from the list of apps on your phone. You need to be signed in (accounts are created in the app in a few seconds) and on a VIP plan.
  2. Say what you want — there are three quick picks: Remove ads, Speed up and Infinite money; or write it in your own words ("one-shot kills", "more damage", "no move limit"…). Choose who tests the mod, then tap Start modding.
  3. Wait, and watch it work — your request joins a queue. When its turn comes, a real test device installs your game and the AI assistant reads the game and tries one approach after another. You see screenshots of the test device, refreshed every few seconds, right in the app, so you know which step it's on.
  4. Get your MOD menu — once it's done, the features that worked show up in that game's MOD menu on your phone: switches to flip, sliders to drag. For anything it couldn't do, the assistant tells you plainly why.
  5. Follow up if it's not quite right — after it's done you can still send messages ("make it higher", "this one does nothing"), and the assistant reopens the same work session instead of reading the game from scratch, so it costs far less than a new request.

The three quick picks — and the real limits of each

  • Remove ads — hides full-screen and banner ads. Rewarded ads (watch to earn) still play, so you don't lose rewards. This is the easiest one, and it works on almost every game.
  • Speed up — the game runs faster, with a slider in the MOD menu. For now it works mainly with games built on cocos2d-x; if your game isn't one of them, the assistant tells you right away.
  • Infinite money — your money or coins don't go down when you buy things. Only for offline games and certain kinds of games; online games keep your money on their servers, so it can't be changed from your phone.

Which games can be modded, and which can't

Before you order, three questions let you guess fairly accurately:

  • Where do the money and items live? Offline games keep them on your phone → they can be changed. Online games keep them on the server → the only things that can be modded are the parts running on your phone: speed, ads, what's shown on screen, controls. The currency of an online game is something nobody can mod from the player's phone, us included.
  • Does the game fight virtual environments? Some games (often competitive shooters, games from a few big publishers) detect VipMod's separate space and close themselves. Those can only be installed directly on the phone, without mods.
  • What is the game built with? Unity, cocos2d-x and games written in plain C++ can be modded the most. Games that run on a web layer inside the app, or games where every calculation happens on the server, very little.

Things that definitely can't be modded: money and gems in online games, skins and items granted by the server, games on iOS, and games wrapped in a protection VipMod doesn't support yet. The assistant says "can't be done" early, so you don't spend more.

Cost: diamonds

DIY Mod is paid in diamonds, which you buy in the app; the price is shown there when you top up. Top-ups start at 100 diamonds, in steps of 100. A request has no fixed price: it costs exactly as much work as the assistant has to put in — a simple game costs little, a game that takes a lot of digging costs more — and you watch your diamonds go down in real time. You need at least 100 diamonds in your wallet to start a request. If you run out midway, the request is paused, not lost: top up and it carries on from where it stopped; a paused request is kept for 72 hours.

Following up on a finished request costs far less than ordering a new one, because the assistant reuses everything it has already learned about that game.

Writing a request that works

  • Describe the result you want to see, not how to get there: "enemies die in one hit" beats "patch the damage function".
  • One or two things per request. Ask for five at once and each one gets less time and is more likely to end up half-done.
  • Say which screen and which moment you want to see the effect: "during a match", "on the shop screen".
  • If a game has both online and offline modes (a single-player mode, for example), say which one you play.

Common questions

Does the mod on my phone affect the original game? No. The mod only loads when the game runs inside VipMod; the copy of the game outside VipMod is never touched.

What happens when the game updates? The mod is tied to the game version at the time you ordered. When the game moves to a new version, you usually need to order again (follow up on your old request to pay less).

Who can see my mod? Only your account. A mod you order stays in your own private collection and never goes into the shared store.

Can my game account get banned? For online games, it can — see the FAQ. For offline games, there's nobody to ban you.
