By using this website or the VipMod app, you agree to the terms below. This page is short on purpose — please actually read it once; it also says where we can't make guarantees.
What you may use it for
The game store and the VipMod app are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell downloaded files, sell or rent out your account or plan, collect store data in bulk with automated tools, or republish the store's content as your own.
Mods are at your own risk
A mod changes how a game runs on your device. For online games, that usually goes against the game publisher's own terms, and your game account is entirely theirs to deal with — they can ban it, wipe your progress or take back items you paid for. We say this everywhere we talk about mods, and we are not responsible for any consequence to your game accounts. Games whose anti-cheat rejects VipMod's virtual space are installed directly on your phone, without a mod. Some online games you play against other people do come with mods; each game's page lists exactly what its mod changes, and you use those mods entirely at your own risk.
Your VipMod account
Accounts are created in the VipMod app; the website has no sign-up form. You keep your own password and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Each plan allows a set number of devices, so an account shared beyond that number is blocked when another device tries to sign in. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using it at any time.
Paid plans
One plan covers the whole store — there are no per-game unlocks. Plans are sold in the VipMod app, priced in US dollars and paid by the methods the app shows at the time you buy, and the price that applies is the one the app shows when you place the order.
- Renewing the same plan: the new time is added to what you have left, so renewing early never costs you a day.
- Upgrading to a higher plan: the new period starts from the moment you upgrade. Every remaining day of the old plan, including days you were given for free, is converted to money at exactly the daily price you paid and taken straight off the price of the new plan. The app prints this calculation on the price card.
- Lifetime plans never expire and are never shortened by any later purchase.
We have no refund process for a plan that has been activated. But if you paid and the order wasn't activated, or you were charged twice, that's a different matter: message us with your order ID and we'll sort it out.
An account suspended for abuse gets no refund for its remaining time. If we cancel your plan for any other reason, your account goes back to the free tier and you keep the games you've installed.
Referrals and commission
Who referred you is recorded once, when you create your account — it can't be changed afterwards, so if the app shows the wrong referrer, correct it while the sign-up screen is still in front of you. Commission is credited when an order from someone you referred is activated, at the rate in force at that moment; rates can change and never apply retroactively to orders already counted. Withdrawals have a minimum amount, shown in the app. A suspended account can't withdraw.
The VipMod app and its mods are ours
The VipMod app, the mod engine inside it, the mod scripts and the servers behind them are made by us and belong to VipMod. You may install and use them under these terms, and no further.
Except where the law allows it, you may not decompile, unpack or modify the VipMod installer; extract, copy or republish the mod scripts; repackage or distribute a modified VipMod; or call our servers directly with tools other than the app. Doing it by hand, with automated software or by having an AI do it for you all count the same. Accounts that break these rules are suspended without a refund of their remaining plan time, and we may demand the removal of any copies that have been distributed.
Copyright and takedown requests
Every game and app in the store belongs to its respective developer and publisher. VipMod claims no ownership of any installer, and trademarks are mentioned only to identify the right product. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
If you are a rights holder and want a game removed, contact us through Support in the VipMod app with the game's name and the basis of your rights — or follow the instructions on the Contact page. We take it down within 72 hours, with no runaround.
What we don't guarantee
The service is provided "as is". Every game in the store was installed and played before it went in, but we can't guarantee that a game runs correctly on every device, is free of bugs, or suits your particular purpose — and we are not responsible for damage arising from software you choose to install. A mod for one version of a game may stop working when the game updates; that's normal, not a broken service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. If you keep using the service after a change, you agree to the new version.
